The event celebrates Gahanna’s title as the Herb Capital of Ohio and showcases the culinary talents of local restaurants. During the event, Visit Gahanna, (the Gahanna Convention & Visitors Bureau), partners with local restaurants to feature an herb-infused item on their menu, promoting the importance of eating locally and highlighting the city's Herb Capital status.
